A two-component roofing and waterproofing system with high bio-based content, AlphaGuard BIO NR is completely reinforced at all horizontal and vertical seams, drains, flashings and projections -- the areas of a roof that need it the most.

Low in odor, easy to apply and curing quickly, the AlphaGuard BIO NR system excels in highly sensitive facilities, like hospitals and schools, and where access is difficult.  It can help extend the life of smooth BUR systems, granulated MB roofs and a wide variety of single ply roofing systems.

Like the fully reinforced AlphaGuard BIO system, the AlphaGuard BIO NR system has exceptional weatherproofing properties to keep your buildings dry.  It's easy to maintain and repair, designed to perform extremely well in cold weather and resists chemicals, hail and mold/mildew/fungus. 

Sustainability is at the core of the AlphaGuard BIO NR system, starting with its significant amount of bio-based material.  Its highly reflective white top coat can help lower rooftop temperatures which in turn can help moderate building temperatures, improve occupant comfort, and cut down on potential energy use.
