Solargard Hy-Build
Protecting Roofs and Walls with a Single Coat
Solargard Hy-Build coating for metal roof systems provides resistance to hydrolysis, flexibility in extreme temperatures, and offers stability to ultra-violet rays. It is also designed to patch, repair, seal, and protect walls of masonry, EIFS, stucco and metal. In addition, Solargard Hy-Build hides surface defects, fills pores to provide weatherproofing, and has a watertight seal.

Composition:
The water-based Solargard Hy-Build is an acrylic, elastomeric roof and wall coating. It is formulated to provide a tough, durable, breathable film to protect metal roofs and previously painted or unpainted masonry walls.
